About

A quiet craft, patiently done

I retouch photographs for people who care how the final frame reads. The work is slow on purpose — colour held to what the light actually did, skin kept honest, every edit made to serve the picture rather than announce itself.

How I work

  1. Read the frame first

Before any adjustment, I look at what the photographer built — the intent, the light, the mood. The edit follows the picture, not a preset.

  2. Colour, then skin

Grade the tones to what the scene really held, then retouch skin with a light hand. Texture stays. The person still looks like themselves on a good day.

  3. Edit at full resolution

Every pass is done at 100%, print-size. What reads clean on a phone can fall apart on a wall, so I check the file where it will actually be seen.

  4. Deliver ready to use

Files come back in the formats you need, named plainly, with the settings documented. No licensing tangle, no surprises on delivery.
